SOURCING & SALES: A TWO-WEEK MISSION TO UZBEKISTAN AND TO SINGAPORE! │ 12 – 23 MAY 2025
From 12 – 16 May 2025 at total of 14 workwear factories were visited together with ten German companies, capturing qualities and capacities. On 16 May 2025, a panel discussion was held at the Uztex trade fair, reaching out to manufacturers and stakeholders. The project was organised by the German Fashion associations and supported by GUZ-Partners and GIZ.
From 19 – 23 May 2025, a group of eight German fashion brands was led to one of the fastest growing economic groupings worldwide, namely the ASEAN market with its capital hub of Singapore. Next to hosting a presentation event, reaching out to potential sales partners, individual meetings were organised for each German company, resulting in a compact and successful sales-mission. This project was funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy and implemented by the German Chamber (AHK), supported by infoAid Partners as well as by the German Fashion and t+m associations.
