APPAREL SOURCING CLUB-DAY │ 4th EDITION

TIME AND PLACE

The Apparel Sourcing Club DAY will take place on Thursday, 02 July 2026, from 9:00 – 18h00 at the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof in Frankfurt am Main. For the fourth time, the event brings together key players in the industry under one roof – in a familiar setting and with growing international significance.

THE DAY AT A GLANCE

First of all: The DAY is free of charge for visitors and is organised in cooperation with and with the support of GermanFashion Modeverband Deutschland e.V.  Selected and vetted manufacturers from more than 10 countries will present their samples and competencies . The DAY thus offers a high-quality platform for buyers (Sourcers) such as brands, and retailers to specifically discover new suppliers, strengthen existing linkages, and initiate concrete business relationships.

SPECIAL WORKWEAR SEGMENT

In addition to the comprehensive range of apparel for women, men, kids and sportswear, we are placing a special emphasis on the workwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) segment. This area is characterised by specific requirements – which is why we are so pleased to present you with selected exhibitors who meet these challenges with a high level of expertise and a proven track record!

You can also look forward to a special consultation service and highlight: Two experts from GermanFashion will be available in personal consultation slots to answer your individual questions:

These consultations are exclusive, individual, and can be booked in advance via the GermanFashion registration link.

REGISTRATION

Participation for Sourcers – our visitors – is free of charge. We recommend registering early via the registration link on the homepage (for Sourcers and Manufacturers) or directly through the CLUB-Team at info@sourcingclub.net. You may also register with German Fashion.

After successful registration, you will receive access to exclusive services shortly before the event, including:

• Scheduling individual appointments with manufacturers

• Access to the profiles of the Manufacturers

NETWORKING & EXCHANGE

In addition to targeted supplier searches, the DAY offers ample opportunity for relaxed and personal networking within the industry – an ideal opportunity to cultivate existing contacts and gain new insights.

ACCOMMODATION

Manufacturers and Sourcers can book accommodation at preferential rates at the same venue (5* hotel) where the DAY takes place. Reservations can be made HERE (the CLUB is not responsible for any bookings made).
